No writing or movement experience is required—just bring a notebook and an open mind.

Body Story: A Somatic Movement + Writing Workshop

This 90 minute workshop is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with your energy body. We’ll explore simple ways to care for your energy using Reiki principles, experience a deeply grounding group Reiki meditation, and craft a personal daily or weekly ritual you can bring into your life for clarity, balance, and support.
