Where do I start?

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions take place at Balance Arts Center in Midtown Manhattan (151 W 30th St.). I’ll meet you in the waiting area when you arrive.

For clients who prefer the comfort of their own space, in-home sessions are also available for an additional fee. If you’re interested in booking an in-home session, feel free to reach out before booking so we can coordinate the details.

What should I wear or bring to my session?

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move and relax in (athletic wear or loose clothing works best).

You don’t need to bring anything special—just come as you are. Some clients like to bring water, and you’re always welcome to share any injuries, tension, or areas of focus before we begin so we can tailor the session to your needs.

Can I combine reiki and stretch in one session?

Yes! I offer combined sessions that blend assisted stretching and Reiki energy healing.

These sessions are designed to support both the physical and energetic layers of the body. Reiki helps calm the nervous system and create deeper relaxation, while assisted stretching works with the muscles and connective tissue to release tension and improve mobility.

Many clients enjoy this option when they’re looking for a full mind-body reset.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. You will retain your session credit. No-show or last-minute reschedules (24 hrs or less) will result in the loss of the session credit and you will be charged for the full cost of your session.

How often should I book my sessions?

This depends on your goals and what your body needs.

For assisted stretch sessions, many clients start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions to build consistency and see meaningful improvements in mobility and tension relief.

Reiki sessions can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or as needed depending on the level of support you’re looking for.

We can always discuss a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable for you.

Can I book an in-home session as a new client?

In-home sessions are available for existing clients only. Not sure if you’re an existing client? Reach out to Abbie directly for clarification! ☺︎︎

What do I need for in-home sessions?

A clear open space. Any props or blankets that make you feel comfortable. Abbie will bring a massage table, speaker, and additional equipment required for your session. Please make sure your space is clear and ready to be used for setup at least 10 minutes prior to your session time.

What if I’m not sure which session to book?
